School might be out for summer, but learning never stops at the Talcott Mountain Science Center! During Summer of STEM Adventures, students embark on week-long journeys in the topic(s) of their choosing so they can stay engaged and active all summer long.
In Weather Wizards | Gr. K-2:
Make snow in the summer, create a model tornado, and experience mini lightning storms that will make you hair stand on end, literally! Create weather instruments to take home for your own personal weather lab!
Classes run from 9:00 am – 4:00pm daily. Small class sizes on our mountaintop campus ensure hands-on instruction and individual attention.
