Christine M. Buhler leads the fundraising, donor development, communications and marketing efforts for the Talcott Mountain Science Center & Academy.
A West Hartford native, Christine has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, non-profit development and graphic design.
Immediately prior to her role with the Talcott Mountain Science Center, Christine worked as Development & Marketing Director with the Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut, where she worked to expand their donor base and diversify their funding sources. She also guided them through several name changes and helped them emerge with a strong brand identity -- which included a complete redesign of their website.
Previously, Christine worked as the Director of Development for the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation where she directed all fundraising, donor development, and grant writing activities. Prior to her work in the non-profit sector, Mrs. Buhler worked in public relations at Kaman Corporation in Bloomfield and co-founded Aegis Information Systems with her husband in Rocky Hill.
