MEDICAL: If your child will be taking or needs any medication (this includes over-the-counter, inhalers, epipens, etc.) during the hours of the summer program, please fill out the Medical Authorization form available here.
Any medication must be handed to a Talcott staff member at the bus stop the first day of your course and must be in its original packaging with prescribing information intact and the physician-signed medical authorization form included. Medications on campus will be managed by our nurse.
All students must have a complete medical/permission form and behavior agreement on file with TMSC BEFORE their child's program begins. If you register online, these will be completed as part of the registration process. If you would like paper versions, they can be found below:
COVID-19: Overall, please make sure that your child does not have a fever of 100° or more, or a current COVID infection or COVID symptoms. Masks are optional on the campus and bus.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Please leave student devices (phones, tablets, e-readers, computers, game devices, etc.) at home. We have phones on-site and staff at bus stops in any case of issues. For our full policy, click here.
TUITION & REFUND POLICY: Tuition is due in full upon registration, payable online by credit/debit card or electronic check through our registration system. (Registrations received by mail must be accompanied by a check and paid in full.) Students cannot start class if payment is not made or scholarship award is not confirmed. We do not pro-rate for absences.
