Field Trips to Talcott

Location, location, location! Our campus is on top of Talcott Mountain, the site of a former Nike missile radar site. The 946ft summit is now the site of a working sundial/observation deck for weather, telescope observatories and the largest visible model of the solar system. Add to that the unique geology of the site (prehistoric lava flow and dinosaur tracks), acres of forest for ecology studies, and our campus can open up the world of science for your students, club or scout members!
