Application Process

Parents that are interested are invited to visit the school. They are given a tour of the facility as well as an opportunity to visit the classrooms. They also have an opportunity to meet the Dean and ask any questions they may have. Children may visit for the day. You may click on the links below to download a printable PDF of each form.

Primary Division, K-3

• Application Fee: $50.00
• Application for Admission
• Two Teacher Recommendation Forms need to be completed and submited. At least one recommendation should be from a classroom teacher. The other may be from a mentor, advisor or counselor.
• Parents Questionnaire
• Student Questionnaire
• Release of Records sent to current the school, requesting all report cards, test copies and copy of health records
• Child's visit for the day.

Middle School, 4-8

• Application Fee: $50.00
• Application for Admission

• Student Essay and Interview
• Release of Records sent to current the school, requesting all report cards, test copies and copy of health records
• Child visit for the day.

Fees	$550 Textbook and Material Fee
Transportation	$1,850 pick up and drop off at hub locations

Middle School - Grades 4-8	$15,400
Fees	$550 Textbook and Material Fee
Transportation	$1,850 pick up and drop off at hub locations
Graduation Fee	$125 (8th grade only)
