With an emphasis on computer generated humans and animals, it's nearly impossible to know what is real or computer generated when you're watching your favorite films on screen. Join Greg as he takes us on a wild adventure -- looking at some of the technologies used in recent film making and giving us a sneak peek at it's possible future.
About Greg La Salle
Greg is currently the Director Of Visual Development/Head of Motion Capture at Visual effects leader Digital Domain. He has worked on over 25 feature films from “Harry Potter: The Deathly Hallows” to Disney’s live action version of “Beauty and the Beast”. In 2015 he was honored with an Academy Award for Science & Technical Achievement. He has also dabbles in acting and in 2016 provided the facial capture performance for Colossus in the hit movie “Deadpool.” He’s a trained pianist having studied at Berklee College Of Music & The Hartt School of Music.
