Skygazing | Friday, Nov. 17, 6:00pm

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! Join TMSC staff on Friday, November 17th at 6:00 PM* for an enlightening evening observing the night sky from the top of Talcott Mountain!

We'll begin the evening under the 44 ft. dome in the Captain Alan M. Bean Planetarium, where we'll learn about the night sky and the Leonids Meteor Shower.

Afterwards, make sure you bundle up because we'll be heading outdoors for celestial viewing atop Talcott Mountain! With a wide array of telescopes at our disposal, we'€™ll be looking for stars, planets (including Neptune & Uranus) and other celestial gems, including the Andromeda Galaxy -- an autumn classic.

$8 General Admission/$5 TMSC Members

*PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the planetarium after the presentation begins at 6:15pm; they will, however, be able to participate in outdoor viewing with the group when the planetarium program concludes.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to Friday, November 17.
