WEST HARTFORD - West Hartford Public Library, Starkel Road Branch, Behind Waldbaum's Supermarket Directions Classes and visitors to TMSC are by appointment only.  Visitors now reach Montevideo via Parsons Way, 150 yards east of the "old" Montevideo entrance.  Take RT44 to Parsons Way, left on Okolica, right on Montevideo, 1.5 miles to TMSC.  There are four speed bumps and a stop sign on the way, stay right at any forks.  Our entrance is on the right 1.5 miles up Montevideo.  The main office is in the building with our sign and flagpole.
