Autorythmometry guidelines

A "measurement" is one of those lines of data across Sheet B or C.

Once you've goten the hang of it in class, they take about 5 minutes.

You won't get any decent results with fewer than 50 measurements.

Your goal is 100 honest measurements.

You need to cover as many hours of the day as possible.

"DO"s:

DO take a measurement as soon as you get out of bed. In bed if possible. Use the bathroom first if you need to.

DO take a measurement last thing before you go to sleep. In bed if possible.

DO use the weekends to fill in hours that you never get during the week.

DO take one during home room except of course monday and friday...

DO take one at the beginning of school lunch, before you eat.

DO record comments for events that might affect your readings - exercise, video games, recent meals (within 60 min) salty foods, caffeine (check the label for energy drinks, chocolate, tea, sodas... and peanuts contain caffeine!)

"DON'T"s

DON'T take a measurement immediately after a meal or exercise if you can avoid it.

DON'T interrrupt a class to take a measurement.

DON'T tell your parents you can't go to (fill in your least favorite thing) because you have to take a measurement.

DON'T take a measurement in the car or the bus.

DON'T forget this on the weekends - you can fill in lots of "holes" in the day on the weekends.
