The Observatories
|
On April 15, 2004 the Science Center was
granted an observatory code from the International
Astronomical Union (IAU). This accomplishment
allows Science Center astronomers and students to
contribute observations and measurements of solar
system objects (asteroids & comets) to the
Minor Planet Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The Science Center's observatory code is:
